Orders may be canceled before shipping or production for a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Do not send returns to the manufacturer. Customers will be charged shipping costs only once, with no restocking fees.

After receiving and inspecting your return, we'll email you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a certain timeframe.
